At Suika, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before making a return request:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Pants can only be returned if they do not fit.
- Items that are damaged due to the dryer, customer misuse, wear, or negligence are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Customers must notify us of their intent to return the item within 30 days of receiving their order.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 for processing.
Exclusions:
- Items returned without prior notification or outside the specified return window will not be accepted.
- Damaged items, as described above, will not qualify for a refund.
